Praxis Advisory Club
Where Innovation Meets Implementation
Building on the success of CaseKey Academy and CaseKey Competitions, which have provided students with real business case experiences, the Praxis Advisory Club (PAC) is a scholarship-based program for our graduates.
This club offers graduates the unique opportunity to both suggest and implement innovative solutions.
From Concept to Implementation: Our Process
At Praxis, we believe in a structured and collaborative approach to bring innovative solutions to life. Here's how our process works:
-
Project Initiation
The Praxis Management Team identifies an advisory project with a specific timeframe, objectives, and requirements. Based on this, a Terms of Reference (ToR) is developed.
-
Team Profile Submission
Teams submit their profiles. Only shortlisted teams are invited to submit proposals
-
Expert Access
Shortlisted teams gain access to a base of experts to acquire technical knowledge on the subject matter before submitting their proposals.
-
Proposal Submission
Several teams of advisors are invited to submit their proposals, which include both a technical proposal and a budget.
-
Proposal Selection
The best proposal is selected based on its merits. The selected proposal is then negotiated and fine-tuned.
-
Scholarship Award
The team with the winning proposal is awarded a scholarship to implement the project.
-
Implementation
The implementation can take one of two forms:
- The team executes the entire project independently.
- The team collaborates with the entity that proposed the project
-
Outcome Reporting
At the end of the project, the team provides a comprehensive report on the outcomes and impact of the project
