We are launching a project that allows young people to work on a real advisory project. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA) of Armenia is implementing several reforms that will impact the general public and specific target groups. Our project aims to raise awareness about these reforms through youth engagement

Who Can Apply
3 types of applications are accepted
Individuals
- aged 17-25
- strong command of English
Teams with an advisor
- 4-5 individuals and one advisor
- aged 17-25 (no age limitation for the advisor)
- strong command of English
Advisor
- experience in business and/or consulting
- ability to work with and mentor young individuals
The Timeline and Process
Application Phase
Interested participants need to apply. More details on the application and selection process can be found on the application page.
Screening and Interview Phase
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview. A total of 70 people will be selected to take part in the project.
Learning Phase
Selected participants will be split into teams (5-6 people) to learn about the various reforms introduced by MLSA and will pass an accelerated education course on subject matter.
Selection Phase
Participants will choose the reform they find most interesting. It will be done via meetings (focus groups and round tables) with MLSA representatives.
Proposal Phase
They will develop campaign strategy proposals to promote the chosen reform. All teams will Prepare a proposal for the same reform. ToR with all the details related to the Reform Campaign will be provided by the organizers
Implementation Phase
The best proposal will receive funding for implementation. Members of the winning team will receive financial aid (scholarship) to manage the campaign in partnership with Aurora Baréalisse - Marketing & Branding Agency

The main objective is to empower Armenian youth by engaging them in developing and implementing communication campaigns that address social exclusion and promote social inclusion and equity. This will be done through a structured advisory project that fosters innovation and problem-solving skills

Youth aged 18-25 from across Armenia are eligible to participate. The selection process will consider criteria such as age, experience, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and motivation

Participants will be selected through a rigorous process that includes evaluating their experience in team projects, marketing, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the quality of their motivation letter

Participants will receive targeted expert support on communication, campaign development, and proposal writing methodologies. Additionally, a Training of Trainers (ToT) program focused on Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) will be implemented to enhance participants' capacity

MLSA representatives will engage with youth teams during preparatory sessions, providing insights into specific reforms or services. They will also be involved in the evaluation and selection of campaign proposals

Youth teams will pitch their proposals to an expert panel. The winning team will receive financial support and professional guidance to implement their campaign, in collaboration with Aurora Baréalisse Marketing & Branding Agency

Meetings with experts will be conducted both online and offline. However, round tables and meetings with MLSA representatives will be held offline. Proposal presentations will also be conducted offline

Participation is free of charge

Selection does not guarantee that participants will reach the end of the project. Participation will be tracked at both the team and individual levels

Participants must attend at least 80% of the overall meetings and tasks to be invited to the Proposal Presentation
