Project Implementation Overview

Recruitment
Recruitment of up to 70 youth aged 17-25, based on criteria such as experience, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and motivation.

Meeting With Experts
Sessions on communication with a concentration on Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) campaign development and proposal writing.

Stakeholder Meetings
Round Tables with Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA) representatives to gain insights into specific reforms or services.

Proposal Preperation
Development of comprehensive proposals for communication campaigns. The Proposals should be based on the challenge raised by the MLSA.

Proposal Presentation
Pitch presentations to an expert panel, where youth teams present their proposals.

Implementation
Financial support and professional guidance will be provided to the winning team to implement their campaign, in collaboration with Aurora Baréalisse Marketing & Branding Agency

Who can participate?

All the quilified proposals will be presented to the expert panel

The best proposal will be finetuned in collabopration with subject experts and MLSA representatives

The team will get funding both for the implementation and as a scholarship

Final Report

Participants will receive targeted expert support on communication, campaign development, and proposal writing methodologies. Additionally, a Training of Trainers (ToT) program focused on Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) will be implemented to enhance participants' capacity

MLSA representatives will engage with youth teams during preparatory sessions, providing insights into specific reforms or services. They will also be involved in the evaluation and selection of campaign proposals

Youth teams will pitch their proposals to an expert panel. The winning team will receive financial support and professional guidance to implement their campaign, in collaboration with Aurora Baréalisse Marketing & Branding Agency

Meetings with experts will be conducted both online and offline. However, round tables and meetings with MLSA representatives will be held offline. Proposal presentations will also be conducted offline

Participation is free of charge

Selection does not guarantee that participants will reach the end of the project. Participation will be tracked at both the team and individual levels

Participants must attend at least 80% of the overall meetings and tasks to be invited to the Proposal Presentation
