Two main types of coaching partners are there

Corporate Coaching Partners
Coaching will be organized by highly ranked Advisory, Consulting, and/or Business Firms. The team will be affiliated with the corporation.

Individual Coaching Partners
Coaching will be organized by highly professional individual coaches representing various businesses. Each team might be coached by max 2 individual coaches
How it works
Coach Profiles Review
Each participant is allowed to select 4 coaches. This applies to both individual participants and teams.
Coach Selection
No, there is no ranking for the selection. All 4 coaches selected by a participant or a team are considered equal.
Team Formation
After the coach selection, we will organize new teams consisting of 8-10 people each.
Notification
We will share an email with all the contact details of the new teams

Yes, it is encouraged that the teams know each other before the opening ceremony, which is planned on the 20th of May. It would be great to have a face-to-face meeting in a non-formal atmosphere to get to know each other closely.
