About the Program
CaseKey’s 2-month program offers comprehensive training in critical thinking, business acumen, research, communication, teamwork, leadership, consulting, ethical decision-making, adaptability, and resilience. Participants will gain practical skills through case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios, preparing them for diverse business environments and challenges.

Offline (In-Person) Training
The training program will accept only 100 participants, who will be split into two Groups of 50 (the content for both groups is identical, the schedules differ). Each group will have two weekly training sessions - one on a weekday evening and one on a weekend morning. Each session will last for 3.5 hours.
Attendees will receive a Diploma of Completion (upon passing grade) at the end of the training program.
Livestreaming Training
The training program is developed for Participants from Marzes and those participants from Yerevan, who cannot attend the offline program. The group will have two weekly training sessions - one on a weekday evening and one on a weekend morning. Each session will last for 3.5 hours.
Attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of the training program.
Online Recordings Training
No need for any sign-up or registration. All our training sessions will be posted online and the link to these sessions will be shared among participants, ensuring that everyone has equal access to the wealth of knowledge we offer.

Grading and Assessment (Only for Offline Participation)
Each grade component is assessed on a pass/fail basis. The aim of this training program is to improve your skills across all relevant course modules. Learning outcomes are assessed using a pre- and post-training skill assessment survey.

The program is open to Team Members and Coaches participating in CaseKey 2024.

The training program will be conducted offline with online streaming available for Teams from Marzes and Participants who cannot attend in person. However, the online version will have limited interaction options.

Coaches will have a separate agenda and will meet the trainer once every two weeks.

The program will include both lectures and workshop sessions. Participants will work together on applying learned theory to business cases.

Business cases will be provided to participants prior to the relevant training sessions. It is highly recommended to read business media publications, such as the Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times, daily.

At the end of the program, the first micro-case competition in the scope of CaseKey 2024 will be conducted.
