About the Project:

We are launching an exciting project that gives young people the opportunity to work on a real advisory project. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA) of Armenia is implementing several reforms that will impact both the general public and specific target groups. Our project aims to raise awareness about these reforms through youth engagement.

Application Details:

• Eligibility: Individuals aged 17-25, with a strong command of English.
• Application Deadline: Open until February 16, 2025.
• Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed until February 28, 2025.
• Final Selection: Successful applicants will be notified by March 1, 2025.

Program Commitment:

Ideal participants should be prepared to commit to the project phases, including learning, proposal development, and campaign implementation. This commitment will ensure a comprehensive and immersive experience, allowing participants to maximize their learning and growth potential.

Special Training:

• Campaign Management: Learn how to run campaigns with a specific focus on Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC).
• Proposal Preparation: Gain skills in preparing comprehensive and effective proposals.
• Financial Modeling: Special phases will be dedicated to understanding financial modeling and the financial aspects of project implementation.

Main Activities:

• Learning Phase: Selected participants will learn about the various reforms introduced by MLSA.
• Selection Phase: Participants will choose the reform they find most interesting.
• Proposal Phase: Develop campaign strategy proposals to promote the chosen reform.
• Implementation Phase: The best proposal will receive funding for implementation.
• Scholarship: Members of the winning team will receive financial aid (scholarship) to manage the campaign.

Participants will work directly with reputable organizations such as MLSA, Democracy International, and Aurora Baréalisse - Marketing & Branding Agency.
