The Team Junior Advisor is a unique role designed for CaseKey Alumni who are passionate about giving back to the community and preparing for a future coaching role. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your CaseKey experience and insights into what your peers would like to see during the CaseKey 2025 Case Competition.

Responsibilities:

1. Advisory: Provide advice and guidance to the team based on your experience and understanding of the CaseKey ecosystem.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Coach to ensure the team’s success in the competition.
3. Engagement: Actively engage with the NextGen Council and contribute to its initiatives.
4. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the team to help them improve their performance.
5. Community Building: Foster a sense of community and camaraderie within the team.

Requirements:

1. Must be a CaseKey Alumnus.
2. Willingness to serve as a Junior Advisor from May to November.
3. Ability to cooperate effectively with the Team Coach and other council members.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for giving back to the community and helping others succeed.
