About CaseKey 2025:

CaseKey 2025 is a collaborative program that empowers teams with a shared vision to excel in a competitive and supportive environment. The program runs from May to November 2025, offering a comprehensive blend of training sessions, networking events, micro-case competitions, and a grand final case competition. 

Team Application Details:

• Team Size: 4-8 individuals and one coach.
• Eligibility: Each team member must be aged 17-24, proficient in English, and maybe a high school student, current university student, or a recent graduate (not earlier than 2024).
• Coach: No age limitation for the coach.
• Restrictions: Each team member can be involved in only one team.

Program Commitment: Teams should be ready to commit 10 hours per week collectively from May to November 2025. This commitment ensures a holistic team experience, maximizing each member's learning and growth potential.

Coaching: Coaches will be invited to a Special Training of Trainers (ToT) session to learn about the coaching approach and gain insights into supporting their team effectively.

Main Activities:

1. Training Sessions: Participate in tailored sessions led by industry experts, enhancing individual and team skills.
2. Networking Events: Engage with professionals and peers, building connections that can shape your team's success trajectory.
3. Micro-Case Competitions: Apply your collective problem-solving skills in dynamic competitions designed to simulate real-world challenges.
4. Final Case Competition: Showcase your team's growth and prowess in a grand competition that brings together the best teams for a chance to shine.

• February 17: Call for applications opens
• March 31: Deadline for submitting applications
• April 10: Review and notification of the applications
• April 21-28: Interviews conducted
• April 30: Acceptance notification to successful applicants
• May 7: Team formation process completes
• May 16: Opening ceremony
• May 17 to Mid-November: The CaseKey 2025 competition takes place
