About CaseKey 2026:

CaseKey 2026 is a collaborative program that empowers teams with a shared vision to excel in a competitive and supportive environment. The program runs from May to November 2026, offering a comprehensive blend of training sessions, networking events, micro-case competitions, and a grand final case competition. 

Team Application Details:

• Team Size: 4-8 individuals and one coach.

• Eligibility: Each team member must be aged 17-24, proficient in English, and maybe a high school student, current university student, or a recent graduate (not earlier than 2025).

• Coach: No age limitation for the coach.

• Restrictions: Each team member can be involved in only one team.

Program Commitment: Teams should be ready to commit 10 hours per week collectively from May to November 2026. This commitment ensures a holistic team experience, maximizing each member's learning and growth potential.

Coaching: Coaches will be invited to a Special Training of Trainers (ToT) session to learn about the coaching approach and gain insights into supporting their team effectively.

Main Activities:

1. CaseKey Academy: Experience intensive learning through expert-led workshops, international coaching weeks, and targeted sessions in finance and marketing that sharpen your analytical and business skills.

2. Case Competitions: Solve real Armenian business cases in three micro-cases and a 24-hour final, applying structured thinking under time pressure and presenting to experienced judges.

3. Innovation Projects: Collaborate with partner companies over several months to research, design, and prototype new features or products that address real strategic challenges.

4. Investment Simulation: Manage a virtual portfolio on a professional platform, learning how capital markets work while competing to achieve strong, risk-aware returns.

5. Social & Networking Events: Build lasting relationships through #KeyPlay intellectual games, #KeyVisits to companies, and #KeyMeets with industry leaders in informal breakfast and dinner settings.

• February 17: Call for applications opens

• March 31: Deadline for submitting applications

• April 2: Mini-Case Phase

• April 10: Review and notification of the applications

• April 21-28: Interviews conducted

• April 30: Acceptance notification to successful applicants

• May 10: Program Introduction during non-official kick-off

• May 15: Team formation process completes

• End of May: Opening ceremony

• May 17 to Mid-November: The CaseKey 2026 takes place
