Join the team behind Armenia’s largest student case competition!

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to support the CaseKey Case Competition 2025 Grand Finale. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a national-level educational event, gain behind-the-scenes experience, and work closely with the organizing team.

📅 Date & Location

• November 30, 2025
• Venue: Training & Research Center of the Central Bank of Armenia, Dilijan
• Full-day participation is required.

🚍 Logistics

• Transportation from Yerevan to Dilijan and back is fully covered by the organizers.
• Food and refreshments for the entire day will be provided.

🎯 Volunteer Roles

Volunteers will support the smooth operation of the Grand Finale in two key areas:

1️⃣ Check-In & Registration

• Welcome participants, guests, and jury members
• Manage registration desks and distribute materials
• Provide guidance and ensure smooth, professional check-in

2️⃣ Transportation Support

• Help guests at the Yerevan departure point
• Guide them to the correct buses and ensure timely departure
• Assist with return coordination in Dilijan
• Support overall flow between guests and logistics team

3️⃣ Reel-Making

• Capture highlights of the Grand Finale for social media
• Film short videos or reels that showcase the event experience
• Help promote CaseKey and its activities online

🕒 Commitment & Certification

• Volunteers will receive a Certificate of Appreciation
• Certificates will state 20 hours of contribution to the organization of the event

👥 Eligibility

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Able to commit to the full day on November 30

• Selected candidates will be invited to a brief meeting where all responsibilities and details will be explained.
